Gugulethu Mbatha (better known by the name Gugu-Mbatha Raw) is an British actress and film star known for her role in the film industry for her role in the BBC show "Doctor Who", a British Sci-Fi TV series. Gugu mbatha-Raw portrayed an actress in Jessica Swale's"Nell Gwynn," a play she is an actress as well as the lover of the King of England and Scotland. To support herself, Handler began to work as an actor. Handler started doing stand-up as a full-time comedian when she was 21. Handler had realized that she has a knack for storytelling. Handler started her stand-up career on the Oxygen Network's Girls Behaving Badly which was a reality program with a hidden-camera/practical joke. This show aired between 2002 and 2005. Handler was a part of various shows, such as Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show The Practice as well as My Wife and Kids. Handler began her career as a correspondent on The Tonight Show. Her breakthrough occurred in 2006, when she began hosting her show on E! It was called The Chelsea Handler Series. The show ran for 2 seasons. She became only the second woman to ever host VMAs after Roseanne Bar.
